Does my guest need a ticket to the event?
Anyone attending the schedule of events must have a ticket. If you have a guest just coming to enjoy the hotel and amenities, they do not need a ticket. There is an additional cost for guests at the hotel - please fill out your hotel reservation form accordingly.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, additional costs will apply - subject to availability. When you fill out your hotel booking registration form, please select the exact dates you would like to book for your stay. If you'd like to edit your reservation dates after the fact, please fill out a contact form on this website OR email mere@leeventsgroup.com directly.
What’s covered at the resort?
Being all-inclusive - all drinks (normal and alcoholic), food and restaurants, and various activities around the resort are covered!
How do we pay for the hotel?
You will receive an invoice directly from LE Events Group. No hotel reservations are confirmed until payment has been received.
Do I need to book directly with the hotel?
Nope! After you purchase your ticket and submit your hotel booking registration form, we will receive all of your details. From there, we will handle your hotel reservation, send out your invoice, and email you once confirmed. Hotel confirmation takes approximately 7-14 business days after payment has been received.
